Redstock Homes worked with the Planning Authority to gain permission for a brand new 4-bedroom high quality period style property with a triple garage. Redstock Homes purchased the property from the owner and our sister company, Tom Whiteley, undertook the development of the site.

Site with an existing 1,200 sq ft bungalow with potential plot purchased by Redstock Homes through an option agreement with the previous owner. A site appraisal was undertaken and planning permission was gained to demolish the existing property and replace with two 3,000 square feet dwellings. The previous owner benefitted from the increased capital value of the site when selling to Redstock Homes.

Redstock Homes entered into an option agreement with the owners and went on to achieve planning permission to replace an original 1,000 square feet bungalow with an impressive 6,250 square feet period style property in a desirable location in Friars Cliff, very close to Mudeford Beach, Christchurch. The successful planning application for a luxury property substantially increased the capital value of this site which Redstock Homes then purchased from the owners.

This existing property was purchased outright from the previous owners and Redstock Homes went on to obtain planning consent for a brand new 4 bedroom 2,000 sq ft home within the garden curtilage.  Redstock Homes also undertook the refurbishment of the existing property.

Redstock Homes made an outright purchase of the existing properties from the previous owners and achieved planning consent for the separation and demolition of the derelict semi-detached cottages to be replaced by one 4 bedroom, and one 3 bedroom, detached, period style properties. Two other developers tried to obtain planning on the site but were unsuccessful however, after liaising with local authority and demonstrating a highly sympathetic design approach we gained full permission for an excellent planning scheme.
